Thank you :-) I moved my insurance to Brennan & team when my agent retired--having been the agent for my grandparents, my parents, and then for my growing family for 15 years. RIP Paul Funk! I expected a drop off. Thankfully, none came. Brennan has assisted us through claim situations, guided us to added discounts, advised us on when to add coverage and when it was unnecessary. In a world seemingly void of customer service, Mary shows its value. Yesterday, I was dealing with a late notice from the MVA that was preventing me from renewing another car's registration. I called, Mary answered, and then I garbled...as I do sometimes when I'm flustered. Mary was able to slow me down and got me talking straight...and laughing. Once she grasped the issue, she settled my nerves, told me she was on it, and said she would be in touch in the next day letting me know it was done. I hung up the phone in a good mood and confident it was taken care of. A few hours later, she rang me back and the issue was cleared with the MVA. I know it may not sound like much, but my emotional shift from the front of the call to the end was a 180, and that was all Mary.
